About 2 or so months ago I noticed a leak in our roof. Luckily water hasn't broken through the ceiling yet but you know it's there because of the hairline crack and slight discoloration after it has rained. 2 days after we had a roofer come out to give us an assessment of the damage and quote us on the cost of repairs. We were told that it could take possibly 3 weeks for permits and what not to go through. So we waited. I came home to this on Monday without any warning. My husband gave them a call and was told that they were behind on other jobs due to weather conditions and to expect them on Wednesday. Well it's Friday. Guess We'll be calling and complaining in the morning.
